About Manatee Market
Born on the Sebastian River, built by its community, and named for the gentle giants that call these waters home.
Where did this come from?
Manatee Market started with a simple question: where do we shop, eat, and gather together? So we built the place we were looking for, a weekend market right in the heart of Sebastian where local makers can sell, families can wander, and neighbors can finally meet.
We believe a strong community starts with a strong local economy. Every booth, farm stand, and food truck here is run by someone you can shake hands with. When you buy local, your money stays in Sebastian, in Indian River County, and in the hands of the people who made the thing.
Like the manatees that drift along our coast, we move easy. Unhurried mornings, friendly faces, and an invitation to slow down. Bring your kids, bring your dog, bring your favorite chair. There is always room at the market.

What we hold onto
Not a mission statement on a wall. Just the four things we will not trade away, no matter how big the crowd gets.
-
Local first, always Vendors, food, and music come from within driving distance. If it cannot be found on our coast, it does not come to our market.
-
Room for everyone Free admission, accessible paths, stroller parking, and a shade line where anyone can rest. The market is for the whole town.
-
Easygoing by design Leashed dogs welcome, coolers allowed, and no rules you have to ask a guard about. Saturdays should feel like this.
-
Giving back, every event A holiday gift drive, a Thanksgiving canned food drive, and more. Every market day gives something back to the community.
