The short version of the long stuff. Plain language, no fine print gymnastics.

What we collect
When you use the forms on this site, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your vendor application. When you visit the market, we collect nothing at the gate, because admission is free and there is no gate to scan.
What we do with it
We use vendor application details to coordinate booths, send market-day logistics, and feature you in our newsletter and social posts (only if you say yes to that). We use newsletter emails to send market dates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, for any reason.
What we never do
- We do not sell or trade your contact information.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
- We do not keep form data longer than we need it to run the market.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information at any time. Email hello@manateemarket.com and we will take care of it within 5 business days. You can leave the newsletter list from any email we send, or by asking us the same way.
Terms of Visit and Vending
For visitors
The market is free to enter and open to everyone. Please keep dogs on a leash near the food truck row, take your trash with you, and treat the market grounds the way you would want them treated at a gathering of your own. Photography is welcome. Commercial photo shoots need a quick email ahead of time.
For vendors
Booth space is confirmed when we email you and you accept it. Load-in opens at 7:00 AM on market day. Vendors are responsible for their own permits, food safety compliance, and cleanup. If a market is cancelled for weather or a facility issue, vendor fees are credited to the vendor's next confirmed date.
Liability
Manatee Market hosts the gathering. Vendors are responsible for their own products and practices. We ask that everyone use reasonable care on the market grounds, and we are not liable for personal items left unattended.
Changes
We may update these terms as the market grows. The version you are reading now was last updated in August 2026.
